These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Astooti. They govern your use of our website, products, and any related services we offer.

All products listed on the Astooti website are subject to availability. As a slow-fashion brand that works in small, limited batches, certain pieces may sell out quickly and cannot be restocked.

We make every effort to display product colors, textures, and details accurately. However, due to the handloomed and artisanal nature of our garments, minor variations in color, weave, or finish are inherent to the craft and not considered defects.

Astooti reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

In the event an item you ordered is out of stock or unavailable after payment, we will notify you promptly and offer either a full refund or an exchange for an available item of equal value.

All prices displayed on the Astooti website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) as required by Indian law.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed. We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999.

Astooti reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices confirmed at the time of checkout are honored for that specific transaction. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.

For international orders (when available), customs duties, import taxes, and additional charges may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Placing an order on Astooti.com constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase for prepaid orders. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and select digital wallets via our payment partner Razorpay. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible pin codes.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method and that the information provided is accurate. We are not responsible for fraudulent transactions arising from unauthorized use.

Order confirmation is sent to your registered email address. Please review all details immediately and contact us within 2 hours if any corrections are needed.

By placing an order with Astooti, you agree to the terms set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or government restrictions are outside our control.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Astooti is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns.

All content on the Astooti website — including but not limited to text, product names, photographs, design concepts, graphics, logos, brand elements, and the overall aesthetic — is the exclusive property of Astooti and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of any Astooti content or designs — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Astooti.

Our garment designs, patterns, and artistic concepts represent original creative work. Any imitation, replication, or unauthorized sale of designs inspired by Astooti's collections may constitute infringement and will be pursued legally.

The Astooti name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of Astooti. You may not use our name or branding in any context that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit permission.

You agree to use the Astooti website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their enjoyment of the site.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its servers, or any databases connected to it. Any such attempt may be reported to the relevant authorities.

You agree not to submit false information, impersonate another person, or use the site to transmit unsolicited commercial communications.

User-generated content such as reviews or feedback must be honest, respectful, and based on genuine experience. Astooti reserves the right to remove content that is defamatory, misleading, or in violation of these terms.

Astooti provides its website and products on an 'as is' basis. While we take every precaution to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful elements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astooti will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your use of Astooti.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described therein.

We collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, and delivery address solely to process your orders and improve your experience. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact us at support@astooti.com so we can resolve the matter amicably and promptly.

If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally, it shall be settled through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Astooti with respect to your use of our website and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
