We are born and rooted in Jaipur, Rajasthan — one of India's most vibrant textile and artisan hubs. Our fabrics are sourced directly from the local handloom markets here.

Yes, sustainability is at our core. We practice slow fashion — small-batch collections, no mass production, ethically sourced fabrics, and intentional design that's made to last.

Yes. Each piece is handloomed or hand-inspired, carrying the beautiful, unique irregularities that come from human craft. No two pieces are exactly alike — that's the point.

Our collections primarily feature khadi, cotton-linen blends, and Bandhani-inspired textiles. All fabrics are sourced from Jaipur's artisan markets, chosen for quality, breathability, and soul.

Gentle hand wash in cold water, or a mild machine wash on delicate cycle. Avoid harsh detergents. Lay flat to dry in shade. The fabric softens beautifully and gets better with every wash.

We recommend checking the size guide on each product page. Since our pieces are handcrafted, there can be minor variations of 1–2 cm. When in doubt, size up — or email us and we'll help.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and typically arrive in 2–4 business days across India. Remote pin codes may take up to 7 days. You'll receive a tracking link once dispatched.

Address changes are possible within 2 hours of placing the order. Email us immediately at support@astooti.com with your order number and the updated address.

Yes! COD is available for most pin codes across India. Simply select 'Cash on Delivery' at checkout. No advance payment required.

Yes — size exchanges are welcome within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are approved within 3–5 business days and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days total.

We're so sorry if that happens. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free pickup and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
