How to initiate a return

Email Us

Write to returns@astooti.com with your order number and reason. We respond within 24 hours.

Ship It Back

Pack the item securely and ship it using any courier. Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

Refund / Exchange

Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Common questions

Yes! Size exchanges are welcome within 7 days, subject to availability. Email us with your order number and the size you need and we'll do our best to accommodate.
We sincerely apologise. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free pickup and either replace the item or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. UPI and wallet refunds are typically faster.
COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI. Please share your bank details when initiating the return and we'll process it within 7 business days of receiving the item.
Unfortunately, all items purchased during sales or with discount codes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, the order may already be packed and dispatched. Please email us immediately at support@astooti.com.
