Refund Approved

Once approved, we initiate the refund to your original payment method — card, UPI, or bank transfer.

Day 7–10

Amount Credited

Funds typically appear within 7–10 business days from approval. UPI and wallet refunds arrive sooner.

Email us at support@astooti.com immediately with your order number. If the order hasn't been packed yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Act fast — we process orders quickly.
Please first check with your bank, as processing times can vary. If it's been over 10 business days from approval, email us with your order number and we'll investigate right away.
Yes! If you'd prefer Astooti store credit over a bank refund, just mention it in your return request. Store credits are processed faster and never expire.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent. In those cases, we cover everything — pickup and full refund including shipping.
It's rare, but if it happens, write to us at support@astooti.com with your order number and bank details. We will trace the transfer and resolve it within 3 working days.
